Here are some great tips & tricks for extra savings at ABASK:
ABASK accepts all major Debit and Credit cards.
ABASK ships within the countries that are available during the checkout process.
They aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible - shipping to 165 countries within 2 – 4 business days.
Once your order has left their warehouse, they will send you an order dispatch email notification. Within this email, there is a ‘Track your order’ link, which will allow you to monitor the status of your order.
If you have any further questions, you can contact their client service team, who will be more than happy to help.
Once your order is shipped, they are unable to cancel or modify your order.
To allow them to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, they have a very quick order processing time, which means it is unlikely they will be able to amend an order once it is placed.
If you placed your order very recently and would like to cancel or modify, please contact their client service team, who will do their best to assist you.
Their teams inspect every item ahead of it being sent to you to ensure the highest quality and standard. If you do think an item is faulty, then please contact the client service team, including details and photos of your item.
For security reasons, they are unable to change a shipping address after the order has been placed. Once your order is on it’s way, DHL will contact you via email and/or text message, and you may be able to customise your delivery directly with them.
They do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item, you will need to return your order by following the steps in question no.1 above and then place a new order.
ABASK provides 14 days of return policy.
Once they have received your return back in the warehouse, their team will review it to ensure it is unused and then process your refund. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
