The sale, where it applies, takes up to 30% off a sale price, so on a $28 tabletop item that is on sale at full price $28, a 30% reduction would leave $19.60, a $8.40 saving. Apply the sale only if the product page shows it is a sale item.
Drinkware from $64 or small home items around $64 to $170. For drinkware at $64 or linen napkins around $170, check the product page for a sale flag. If the $170 napkins are on sale at 30% off you would pay $119, saving $51.
