If your ticket allows a refund, with or without a fee, you can request your refund through the View/Modify your Bookings page. This can be done for tickets issued between 2 days and 12 months ago. If several people are included in the same booking file, the refund request applies to all tickets on that file, as long as each ticket allows a refund. For Flying Blue award tickets, for tickets that have already been changed and/or reissued, and for a refund of airport taxes on non-refundable tickets, please submit a refund request by filling in the form. Please note: If your booking file contains more than 1 person, the refund request will apply to all the tickets. The refund amount is calculated according to the ticket fare conditions (excluding service fees which are non-refundable).

If your baggage is not located within 72 hours of your declaration, please log in to the online baggage search tool in order to fill out the inventory and claim form. Describe your missing baggage as precisely as possible and indicate the value of each clothing item, pair of shoes, or any other item. An accurate and complete description of your baggage contents is essential for locating your baggage. If your baggage is not located in the 21 days following your flight, they will use the value you provided to establish a compensation claim*. This procedure is launched automatically. Upon presentation of sufficient documentation (receipts, proof of purchase), your compensation can be paid up to approximately €1,295 (the maximum compensation amount set by the Montreal Convention). Please note: when checking in baggage, you can make a special declaration detailing the value of your property if it exceeds the maximum planned compensation (€1,295*). You will then pay an additional fee to increase the compensation for your baggage according to its estimated value.

• If your original flight has been canceled, your travel voucher is refundable if it is not used within 1 year from the date of issue.
• If your original flight was not canceled but you decided not to travel, your travel voucher is only refundable according to your original ticket’s fare conditions.
