Swiss accepts payments through all major Credit/Debit cards.

Swiss provides their services worldwide.

They do not send out invoices. However, if you require an invoice for your business or as a private person, they can send you a new booking confirmation free of charge for up to 100 days after the ticket/document has been completely used. After these 100 days, they charge a fee of CHF 30.00 per transaction (maximum of five E-ticket confirmations). Please observe that you can use the E-ticket for invoicing purposes. It is deemed an internationally recognised receipt and can be submitted for reimbursement for expenses and with your tax statement. Please observe that no VAT is charged for international flights, therefore, no respective tax rate is indicated on the confirmation either.

Some banks might charge additional fees in individual cases. SWISS has no influence over these charges.

The cost of transporting your pet depends on your destination and the size of the animal. If you want to carry your pet on a flight, please notify the ​​Service Centre as early as possible.

The Travel Protection Plan may reimburse: Return flight cost for covered Injury or Sickness of the Insured traveller and Traveling Companion. Reimbursement of up to $200 for hotel, meal and local travel expense if you are delayed 12 hours or more due to: Common Carrier delay. Lost or stolen passport, money, or travel documents (obtain a police report!). Quarantine, terrorism, natural disaster. Remember to retain receipts for your claim.
