As soon as your order has shipped they will send you a confirmation email. You can also log into your Andie account to check the status of your orders.
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and liners intact. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange (final sale items are noted on the product page and include underwear and last splash styles).
They ship exchange orders using standard shipping. Your new order will be shipped after they receive and process your returned items (this can take up to 2 business days once delivered). Exchange styles are shipped to the same address as the original order. If you need to send your order to a different location or are in a hurry to receive your exchange, they recommend placing a new order and returning your original items for a refund instead of an exchange.
