On the top right side of the home page: place your cursor on "Login" and log in using your e-mail address and your password. The tracking number of the parcel will be indicated and you can track your order until it is delivered to your address or to the pick-up shop that you selected. Armor Lux do not do exchanges. For a new size, another model, or another color, they invite you to reorder on their website.
Return is free if you ordered from one of the following countries: France (mainland), Germany, Belgium, United Kingdom, Spain, Netherlands, and Luxembourg. If the order was placed from another country, return charges are at your expense. You have a delay of 15 days after receipt of your order to return your purchase in exchange for a refund or a credit note. If they do not receive your return within 15 days (except in case of force majeure), the return will be canceled and the purchase will be considered definitive.
