If the order was placed from another country, return charges are at your expense. You have a delay of 15 days after receipt of your order to return your purchase in exchange for a refund or a credit note. If they do not receive your return within 15 days (except in case of force majeure), the return will be canceled and the purchase will be considered definitive.
