ArtPix 3D ships within the countries that are available during the checkout process.

What is ArtPix 3D return policy?

They only accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Before returning your item, you’ll need to email them at info@artpix3d.com stating the reason for your return. They'll also need to see photos of the items in question. They only accept returns that are in the same condition they were received.

My refund was approved, but I didn’t receive it?

Don’t freak out. It may take a few days for your refund to be processed. If it’s already been a few days and you still haven’t received it, give them a call at +1 (855) 227-5861, and They'll try to figure out what happened. If nothing went wrong on their end, contact your bank and credit card company. They may be able to provide more information about why the transaction hasn’t gone through yet.

How long does it take you to ship orders outside the U.S.?

Your crystal should be personalized, shipped, and delivered within 3-7 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location. You’ll be able to see the estimated delivery times for your order when you choose your shipping method during checkout. If you want your crystal to arrive in time for an important occasion, they always recommend ordering a few extra days in advance, just in case.
