Split Shipments
AutoPartsToys reserves the right to ship from one of their multiple warehouse locations. It is possible that your order may be shipped separately once you confirm an order for multiple items. You will not be charged extra for split shipments. AutoPartsToys cannot allow you to change your shipping destination once you have submitted an order.
Shipping Lead Time

AutoPartsToys returns are made easy using their easy returns form. To keep their prices incredibly low, they need your help in minimising returns. Please double check that your order is correct before you confirm your purchase. If you find that you made a mistake, or simply changed your mind, you may return your parts as long as you get them back to AutoPartsToys within 30 days of receiving your order. They need to be in new and unused condition in the original packaging. Rather than pass the cost of processing returns on to everyone in higher prices, they will reduce your refund by a 20% restocking fee.
All returns of parts must be in original packaging / new and resalable condition. The RMA# must be clearly written on the outside of the box.
Any part that was used or installed on your vehicle is non-returnable.
Shipping Fees for returns are on the account of the buyer, and original shipping cost if any will not refundable.
If you notice the damage at the time of delivery, ask the delivery driver to wait while you check out the contents. If your parts are damaged, refuse the delivery. Then drop AutoPartsToys an email to customerservice@autopartstoys.com and they will start the process to get a new order shipped out to you. If you don't notice the damage until the carrier is gone, refer to the easy return policy.
Credits
All returned parts will be inspected upon receipt by AutoPartsToys’s warehouse return specialists.
All parts must be returned in new and saleable condition, and must include any hardware, installation sheets etc. and must be in the original box.
Your original credit card/payment originally used to place the order will be credited for the purchase price of the item and any applicable sales tax, excluding all shipping costs.
Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for your bank to process the credit to your account and refund your money.
AutoPartsToys will not refund any labor charges/ installation fees under any conditions; they will not be responsible for any damage during installation.
