At jans.com, Jans stand behind the products they sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return the item(s) within 30 days for an exchange, store credit, or full refund. Returns are only available to domestic and APO/FPO customers. All international orders are final.
Jans do their best to ship orders the same day they are received so long as they are placed prior to 1 pm Mountain Time. If an order is placed after 1 pm Mountain Time, or over a weekend or holiday, the order will ship out the next business day.
Jans do not offer delivery of any of their rental equipment. All rentals must be picked up at the location selected during your online rental process.
