They currently offer shipment to the United States and Canada.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders typically ship within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has shipped you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Please note that they do not ship on the weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 3 pm PST will ship the following business day, including second-day air and next day air orders.

How do I cancel or change an order?

What is the exchange policy?
They now offer exchanges through their automated return system. Items can be exchanged for a different size or colour within 30 days of the original purchase date. Once your return item(s are dropped off at UPS, you will receive an email confirmation with the details on your new order.
