Mansur Gavriel accept returns on full price merchandise that is unused, in the original packaging and has a return request made within 30 days of purchase. Please note, items purchased at a 30% or more discount are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging (including boxes and dustbags) with tags still attached. They are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged - scratched, worn or not in their original packaging.
