Pre-authorization from the American Bible Society is required before any merchandise can be returned. In order to receive proper credit from your return, please include the original invoice number. If the invoice number is not provided, and if case lot items were ordered, a credit will be based on the case lot price. All returned merchandise must be in clean, re-sellable condition.
