bistroMD offers a strong introductory deal for customers placing their first order: a code for 60% off plus free shipping on your first purchase. This is the best starting point for new customers ready to commit to their first meal plan, and it beats every other current offer on that opening order.
Your first order. If you are ordering from bistroMD for the first time, the 60% off code with free shipping at the top of this page is your best choice. It applies to your whole first order regardless of how much you spend. Should you want a second code option, a code for 50% off plus free shipping is also available, though it saves you less.
Moving to a second or later order. Once you have used the first order code, your options narrow. The two remaining codes on offer (both for 50% off) are each valid for one use per customer account, so you can apply either one to a subsequent order if you have not used it before. These 50% off codes are also available as sales on selected plans and on the new flexible meal plan without needing to enter a code at checkout. Compare these side by side: if a sale markdown on your chosen plan beats a code, take the sale; if the code beats the sale, use the code instead. There is no indication they stack together.
If you are subscribing. A 15% off subscription discount is currently running on meal subscriptions. This is smaller than the 50% offers, so it applies only if none of the bigger discounts work for your plan choice.
Choosing between the offers that apply to your basket. Calculate the final price under each offer that fits your situation, then select whichever leaves the lower total. The first order 60% off code is only available once per account, so after that first purchase, your decision shifts to comparing the remaining 50% off codes and sales for the same basket and plan, then the 15% subscription offer if the others do not apply.

For the safety of all of their members, they will not accept returns for any reason. They can't accept any returns since the food in the program is perishable. Once your order has been picked up by FedEx, they cannot cancel the shipment or turn it around in transit. Please be mindful of their deadlines and contact their Member Service team with any questions.
You can cancel at any time within their posted deadlines. Their deadlines are Sunday at 12 am ET for week 1 members and Wednesday at 5 pm ET the week prior to the week your delivery will arrive. If you cancel after the deadline, you will receive the next week's delivery. The cancellation will be honoured for the next week's delivery.
You can customize or put your program on a short vacation hold by visiting www.mybistromd.com or by contacting Member Services. You should contact Member Services prior to the weekly deadline to cancel or for assistance with putting your program on a temporary hold.
Refunds are managed by their member services team. Refunds or food credits may be given in accordance with their satisfaction guarantee or in the case of damaged items in transit. Please contact Member Services with any questions.
Payments are processed once a week on Wednesday after 5 p.m., ET, and on Thursday for the following week's meals. All members will see a recurring weekly payment on their credit card statement. In the case that you cancel after a deadline, you will receive the last shipment of your program and will be charged for the last delivery week that you receive.
