This guarantee excludes items that are customized, rushed, discounted, or on payment/financing plans. Fine jewellery made with higher-quality stones is also not covered by this policy.

You will have 5 days from the time you sign for your package to postmark it back to them. All items returned must be in new/unused condition with all original documents and packaging.
