If you've booked through a travel advisor, they should provide an invoice and balance due to you. You can also view your balance and invoice by logging into your Guest Account.
Bookings may be transferred to a travel agent up to 30 days after creation if the request is made outside of Final Payment period and the booking is not paid in full.
