Small purchases under $125. If your cart is below $125 and contains no sale items, there is no fixed money off to meet, so pay full price unless the item is in the sale. If the piece you want is in sale pricing that is eligible for the 50% then 10% extra, use the Extra 50% Off + Additional 10% Off Markdowns because it reduces sale prices directly. For example, on a sale necklace originally $120 that is marked down, the 50% then 10% sequence takes it to $54 (50% off to $60, then 10% off the $60 leaves $54), so you save $66 on that item.
Medium carts $125 to $199.99. If your non sale cart total is between $125 and $199.99, the $20 off orders over $125 is the straightforward money saver. For example, a $130 non sale order becomes $110 after the $20 off minimum spend, a $20 saving. If some items in that cart are on sale and qualify for the 50% then 10% markdowns, compare the per item sale final price to the $20 saving to see which leaves you with the lower total.
Large carts $200 and over. For carts of $200 or more that are not entirely sale items, the $50 off orders over $200 usually saves more than the $20 deal. For a $210 full price cart, $50 off reduces it to $160, a $50 saving. If several items are in the sale and eligible for the 50% then 10% reductions, total the sale final prices and compare that result to the $50 benefit to choose the better option.
Other sale tiers. If items are listed in the Up to 40% Off Selected Styles or the Extra 25% Off Sale Styles sections, treat those as alternative sale discounts that apply only to the styles named. The Extra 50% then 10% applies only to sale styles explicitly marked for it and will usually beat a simple 25% or a single 40% markdown on the same item, but compare final prices for the items you have in cart.
