Returned orders can take up to 21 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method. These steps need to be completed:

Processed and inspected for refund approval
Sent to the finance department to issue a refund
It can take up to 7 business days for the funds to credit back to your payment method once their finance department processes the refund
Should your refund not be processed within 21 business days, please send them the tracking number for the returned package so that they can investigate further.
