When an order is shipped, they’ll update your account to show the tracking number(s) and send you an email with the same information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can follow the path of your order from their warehouse to your destination.

You can also check your order status at any time by using their online order tracker.

Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process before they are shipped. They do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 1 pm ET are submitted for fulfilment the following day. Please consider this timeline prior to your purchase.

Not all shipping methods are available for all products and/or locations. Please allow additional transit time for orders shipped to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. Shipments are sent via FedEx services and are delivered by FedEx or Parcel Post depending on the shipment contents and destination. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping service and rates are subject to change without notice. Please Note: Some items will arrive in packaging that reveals what's inside.

Unused items in their packaging purchased from their website may be returned in their original condition within 60 days of your order date for a full merchandise refund, not including shipping charges. Purchases returned within this time frame will be refunded in the original form of payment. If they do not receive your items within 60 days of purchase your refund will not be processed. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 10-15 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.

After your return is processed and credited, you will receive an email confirmation. Additionally, your banking institution may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be applied to your account.

Please note: Except in cases where the return is the result of an error by Coleman or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please take a photo of your damaged package or damaged item and be sure to attach it to the 'contact us' form.

If the purchase was made more than 60 days ago, please reach out to their Warranty Information for your options.

They are unable to process exchanges. To replace your item(s) with a different size, colour, or item please initiate a return for a refund on the original purchase and place a new order. They apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
