Here are some great tips & tricks for extra savings at Cooking Steels:
Cooking Steels accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
Cooking Steels ships within the USA.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. They'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of their error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for them to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes them to process your return once they receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process their refund request (5 to 10 business days).
In short, no you do not. You will want to scrape any remaining food off of the steel after each use and apply a thin layer of oil to prevent rust. Treat their cookware the same way you would a well-seasoned cast iron pan, you wouldn't want to lose all of that amazing flavor you gain from a well-seasoned cooking surface.
For most people, their standard thickness will work just fine. However, if you are cooking for a long period of time or for a large group of people, they recommend the deluxe product line. These thicker cooking surfaces retain heat much better than that standard thicknesses and will not cool off nearly as quickly during the cooking process.

For those eyeing specific bundles, the Cooking Steels - Sourdough Package 16"x22" starting from $109.99 or the Steel and Peel Package 14"x14" by Cooking Steels starting from $64.99 offer good value as marked. If pizza is your passion, the ThermiChef by Cooking Steels - 14"x14" Pizza Steel from $59.99 is a dedicated deal.
