Regular kits: They aim to ship regular kits in less than 24 hours so, if you want to cancel an order, please contact them as soon as possible and they'll cancel it if your order hasn't been sent out yet. Otherwise, you'll have to return the paint kit to get a refund (see "How do I return my product" above).
Custom paint by numbers: You can cancel your custom order within 2 days of placing it. After that, your custom order will be made so they won't accept any cancellations. Delivering custom paint kits usually takes 4-6 weeks. In the unlikely event that it takes more than 8 weeks to get delivered, you can apply for a refund.
If you're not happy with your order, they're happy to take it back. Please contact them and they'll send you the packing slip along with some explanations of the return procedure. Only unpainted/unused paint kits will be accepted for returns/exchange within 30 days of when the package was delivered to you.
