More than likely, yes. They sell thousands of courses every year. They only sell courses that they say will meet the requirements. If the course is available for purchase, then it will work for you.
Some states require an exam. Others don't. If your state does not require an exam, it won't be included in your course. Texas, Georgia, Nebraska, North Carolina, and Wisconsin do not require an exam. Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, and Ohio do require an exam.
