Orders containing pre-charged pneumatic (“PCP”) airguns can only be shipped via ground. There are areas to which they cannot ship some of their products. Certain states and municipalities have established certain limitations, and they reserve the right not to ship particular products to certain locations.

Crosman Corporation process received orders on a daily basis during our normal work week of Monday - Friday. Crosman Corporation observe weekends and national holidays. The timing of your order and the type of order placed (e.g. customer orders, pre-orders or back orders) will affect when it will ship.
Crosman will issue a refund less a $25 cancellation fee within 2 business days of order placement. After 2 business days from the date of purchase, all sales are final and cancellations cannot be processed. Credit Card refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within two business days from the date of receipt of the product at their facility.
