Picketts Mill Armory lifetime warranty covers parts, upper assemblies, and rifles that are referred to as products in our warranty. Any eligible product sold by PMA that becomes defective, will be repaired or replaced at no charge, but will be subject to the conditions of their lifetime warranty. If the products cannot be repaired or replaced, they will offer you a similar item at no charge, which is to be solely determined by PMA. This warranty covers the products against manufacturer’s defects only.

Picketts Mill Armory offers a return policy that includes paying for the return shipping costs for products returned for repair or replacement within 30 days of the original shipping date.

When requesting a refund from Picketts Mill Armory, you may need to provide the un-used non-serialized item for a refund, and the customer is typically required to pay a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, if a rifle is returned, the customer must take delivery from a licensed FFL dealer, and there may be additional transfer fees if the gun must be replaced.

Serialized items including complete rifles, pistols, and lowers are NON-REFUNDABLE. Serialized items are subject to their repair policies only.
