International Returns: Unfortunately, their online return application will not work for International Customers. If you are outside of the US, you will be responsible for the return of your order. Please see their return address at the bottom of this page. Since the cannot offer free return labels to their international customers, an additional "thank you" $15 credit will be issued to you if you choose store credit over a refund...

Domestic Returns- Return requests must be completed within 30 days of receiving your shipment. If they do not receive your items within a timely manner, you will automatically be issued a store credit. Items eligible for return must be in new & sellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and will not receive a refund for original shipping unless the fault lies with Cute Booty Lounge and specified at the time of return. (The shipping label purchased for original order was a service already executed.) If your return does not provide return preference, you will automatically be given store credit.

If your refund is approved they will refund your full amount as soon as possible.
