If you want to select a workout outside of your programme, click on ‘Workouts’ in the left sidebar to bring up their entire video collection. From here, you can filter through the videos based on your preferences.

To check out the complete schedule for a programme, click on ‘Home’ from the menu and then click ‘See Schedule’ for the programme you want to view. From here, click on the blue banner that says ‘Show Full Schedule' to see your entire programme at a glance.

To change your username, click on your current username in the lower-left corner, then click on ‘Profile’. From this page, you can change your username as well as edit other profile information on your account.

If at anytime you’re not satisfied within the trial period, you can cancel your account before your trial ends, and you will not be charged. Unless your account is cancelled, you will begin to be billed automatically. Once they begin to bill you, cancellations take effect starting at the end of your current billing period, meaning there are no partial-month refunds or credits.
