Goodsey FAQs
What is the payment method?
Goodsey accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email customer service at support@goodsey.com. Please note: some orders are shipped very soon after being placed and may already be on their way or delivered, so it may not always be possible to cancel.
What are the current delivery methods?
Your package ships directly from the Goodsey vendor, using a reputable carrier such as FedEx, UPS and the United States Postal Service.
Why does Goodsey request such a quick acceptance of an order?
Goodsey requires a quick acceptance of order so that the shipping process goes smoothly. Let's say today is Monday and your anniversary is on Friday. You place your order today, but the order gets rejected by a seller or company on Wednesday (for whatever reason). By that time, you'd be out of luck and scrambling to find another gift. Requiring a quick acceptance of an order can help shoppers avoid this unhappy occurrence.
What is the policy for damaged items/refunds/redeliveries and exchanges?
All of their gifts are backed by our 100% Smile Guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, they will reach out to the vendor of your product and amend the situation. Please contact them at support@goodsey.com.
