At Defender Camera, they provide a one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty on new products from their original date of purchase. They will also provide an additional 12-month limited manufacturer’s warranty to all customers who complete a product review at www.defendercameras.com within 60 days of the date of purchase.

Please note, your replacement unit does not hold its own warranty and will follow the 12-month limited manufacturers warranty from the original date of purchase.

You will receive an email once your return shipment has been received by Defender Camera. They will refund your order within 3-5 business days of receipt. Please allow 2-4 business days for the refund to appear on your original method of payment depending on your financial institution.

For all “like new” or “as-new” condition products that you would like to return, follow the steps of the returns process within 45 days of receiving your order when purchased directly from Defender Camera. If you purchased your Defender product elsewhere, please contact your authorized retailer for return details.

• All return requests must be made within 45 days of receiving your order. Returns must be received at Defender Camera warehouse within 2 weeks of starting a return.
