Just click the "Need to cancel this item?" link, which is above each product's image on your order and underneath the estimated ship date. You will then be taken to a new page which will prompt you to select a cancellation reason and confirm by clicking the blue confirmation button.
If there are multiple items that you want to be canceled, this will have to be done for each item you are wanting to be canceled.
Once your order has been canceled please allow 3-5 business days for the pending authorization to be removed from your credit card.
If the item is already being processed you can get an update on the status of your order by contacting their Customer Love team. Depending on the item, they may be able to stop a pending shipment.
Please note that promotional Credits used on a canceled order cannot be reissued.
