Here are some great tips & tricks for extra savings at Fontana Forni:
Fontana Forni accepts all the major Credit Cards, Affirm, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
In-stock items usually ship within 2–3 business days of receiving the order. From the time an order is placed, it typically takes around 5-7 business days for it to arrive at the customer's residence.
Out-of-stock items that are pre-ordered usually ship within 1 to 3 business days of their arrival date at their warehouse facility.
All oven orders require a signature release upon delivery. It is best to plan to be at home and allot time to unpack the oven on your delivery day. They ship oven orders via an LTL (less than truckload) freight partner who will call you to notify you before the delivery. The driver is only obligated to deliver the oven curbside, but usually if you're courteous to the driver, they will have no problem wheeling the oven pallet into a garage or to your install location given that it's easily accessible by pallet jack.
Ovens made by Fontana use about one-fifth as much wood as a traditional wood-burning ceramic oven, so they also produce much less smoke. Fontana Forni designs ovens to burn hot and bright with a minimal amount of smoke. Their ovens also heat up much faster than a traditional masonry oven. Their oven preheats in 20–30 minutes (depending on the size), versus a 2-3 hour preheat time for a traditional masonry pizza oven. The reduced burning time in their oven further minimizes the output of smoke. The fuel efficiency and reduced smoke output of a Fontana make it an environmentally responsible choice.
Their customer's satisfaction is their number-one priority. If your oven arrived damaged due to shipping or you discovered a defect, they want to make it right.
If this is the case with your order, please contact them immediately for return authorization. It is imperative that you contact them within 5 business days upon receipt of the oven. Unfortunately, once this period of time has passed, they will be unable to assist with damage due to delivery negligence. However, they will still gladly assist with any sort of manufacturer defect within the warranty period.
