If you receive goods which are damaged, faulty or do not match those that you ordered please contact them. Once a return is approved they will supply you with a returns form. A confirmation email will be sent once the returned goods have been received. You will be given the option to have the goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods.
