You may email info@exodrones.com before 9 a.m. EST the next day to cancel an order, with the subject 'Cancellation Request' including the name billed under the purchase as well as a copy of the confirmation email. If your email is received after 9 a.m., there is no guarantee that your order will be cancelled.
EXO Drones accepts returns; our policy lasts 3 months. With their 10-day "Fly'n'try" programme, you can fly the drone and then return the full kit for a 100% refund in the first 10 days. In the first 3 months, you're able to return the drone for a 100% refund with a small 15% restocking fee. Upon receipt of the returned item, the item must be in like-new condition. They will examine it and notify you via email of the status of your claim. When you are entitled to a return, they will refund your purchase price, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
