Farberware accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

There are two ways to track the status of your online order:

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. This email confirmation will contain a tracking number. There will be a link in the email to either UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS).

• If you already have an account with Farberware, you may log in to MY ACCOUNT. Then go to VIEW ORDERS and click on ORDER STATUS. This will bring up the history of your order and provide shipping/tracking information. A link to UPS and/or USPS will be available for use in tracking your order.

If you received the wrong product, your product is damaged on receipt or if you have any questions regarding Farberware return policy, please contact them at (800) 388-3872 for assistance. Farberware hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, excluding holidays.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item for a refund using the following guidelines:

• Return item within 30 days of receipt

• In original packaging and in new, unused condition. Used items will not be accepted.

To return an item, complete the return form and mail it in with the item you wish to return. The form can be found on your packing slip or downloaded. Indicate your reason for the return and place the Return Form in the package. Be sure to make a copy of the form to keep for your records. If you don't have your packing slip, please include a letter with your returned items that includes the following information:

• Your Name

• Address

• Phone number

• Email address

• Order number

• Item name/description

• Reason for return
