Please allow 2-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Once your items have left the warehouse, you will receive shipping confirmation. If you purchased an item that has become back-ordered, you will receive an email from them immediately notifying you of the delay in shipment.

They strive to ship all of their orders as fast as possible. If your order has an item that is not currently in stock, your entire order will be shipped when that item is back in stock. If you need part of your order sooner, contact them and they will determine if your request may be accommodated.

For your own security, they don’t store your 3-digit pin/CVV for credit card on file, so the best way to add to an existing order is to place a new order. Unfortunately, once an order is placed it is immediately sent to the warehouse to fulfill and cannot be altered.

When your order has been shipped, they will send you an email confirmation with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time. Once an order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail that will contain your tracking information. You may also sign up for an account to keep track of all your orders with them.

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After 2 hours, a 5% fee will be deducted from the total order amount for each cancelled order. And after 4 hours cancellation will not be processed.
Within 2 hours. The full amount will be refunded. Within 2 to 4 hours. A deduction of 5% of the amount of order. After 4 hrs. Cancellation will not be processed.

Unfortunately, they do not offer exchanges at this time.

Please note that all sales on clearance items are final. An item that was bought on clearance cannot be returned.

* In the event of a Manufacturer Defect:
  * A replacement or full refund is to be issued.
  * Customer will have to inform Latest Bedding team within 14 days after receipt of the package in order to get a replacement or gain a full refund.
  *  Customers will have to provide pictures of the defective area and the full length of the product.
  * All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

* For other Return Reasons:
  * Items can be returned within 45 days of receipt of your shipment, except for Lili Alessandra, Madison Park and Designers Guild products. Lili Alessandra & Designers Guild products can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Madison Park products can be returned within 20 days of receipt Please allow 2 to 5 Business days for the next steps on your return request.

* Items’ Condition: Items must be in original condition, unwashed, not-used, and must be in original packaging and in sell-able condition.
  * Pictures must be provided of product in original pack.

* Refund amount: The return shipping cost and a 5% handling fee will be deducted from the amount and the net amount will be refunded upon receipt of the returned products. But as a courtesy, they will waive off and refund you the 5% handling fee in form of an eGift Card that you can use any time.

* Once your return request is approved, they will send you a Return Shipping Label by Email. You can either use the label provided by them or use your own shipping method to send them the item(s). If you choose to use your own label, the RMA Number Provided by their team will be applied.

* Please allow your bank 7-10 days to process the refund and for the credit to appear on your statement.

Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the money to reappear in your account.

You can return your items within 45 days of receipt of your shipment.

Last Chance or items bought on Clearance are not returnable. Free gifts are not returnable. Moreover, if the returned items are found damaged or defective, a full price of the product will be charged from the refund amount. Also, items purchased through gift cards are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturer defect.
