Farmacy Bliss accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB.

Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of placing the order, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipments are sent by USPS or FedEx and include tracking. When placing an order, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Undeliverable or returned packages will be reshipped once the corrected delivery information has been provided.

Farmacy Bliss provides tracking numbers for all packages shipped. If your package is lost, please refer to the tracking number provided in the shipment notification email to track the last known location of your package. If you are unable to determine the location of your package, please contact their customer service department at info@farmacybliss.com and they will be happy to assist you.

For product exchanges, you’ll be emailed a return shipping label that you can use to ship the replaced product back to them.

You have one full year to use your reward credits. Any unused credits will automatically expire after 365 days. Credits can only be earned and spent through their online shop.

You’ll get a unique referral link once you enter your email on the Refer Someone page. Just share that link with potential Farmacy Bliss customers and they’ll send you a 10% discount every time they use your link to complete a purchase.

Normally, you aren’t allowed to stack multiple coupons for a single purchase. However, they do allow you to stack coupons you’ve earned through their referral system.

Currently, you can stack as many 10% referral coupons as you’d like. But they plan on limiting it to 5 coupons per purchase in the future.

Products that have initially arrived undamaged and in working condition are non-refundable. Due to the perishable nature of our products, undamaged products that have been opened and used are non-refundable. Farmacy Bliss do not claim nor guarantee any results from CBD products and therefore do not accept returns based on claims of non-performance of product. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to determine that CBD products are the right products for them prior to buying.

Products that have arrived damaged or defective will be exchanged at no additional cost to the customer. Damaged or defective products have to be reported within 14 days of receipt in order for the replacement to take place.
