Before you can return your product, please contact them. Lets them know what happened.
All products have to be returned to us in the original package, along with any instructions, warranty cards, cloths or cases that came with the product. They do not cover lost return packages, so we suggest you send it out with a trackable carrier such as USPS, UPS or Federal Express. Please provide them with a valid tracking number.
