Most orders ship within 2 business days, but they ask you please allow them up to 3 - 5 business days to ship your order. In their peak holiday season (October through December) orders may have extended processing times of up to 7 business days.
Please contact them within 48 hours of receiving your purchase if your order arrives with damages. Please include photos of the damaged items, as well as the box your order arrived in, to help them resolve the issue for you quickly.
βIf you are unsatisfied with your product, you may exchange it for another product of the same size and price, within 7 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchange orders. If you wish to initiate an exchange for an item of a different size or value, a refund or store credit will be issued in lieu of an exchange.
