Fortunate One ship using DHL express for all NZ orders, you can expect your delivery within 2-5 business days. Orders received before 2pm (AET) Monday to Friday, will be sent out the same day.
Yes! You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is packed and leaves the warehouse. It may sometimes take up to 48 hours for tracking information to be available. It is also possible that your email may be stuck in your junk mail.
Fortunate One store policy is that they offer store credit for regular returns. Fortunate One can only provide refunds in the case of a manufacturing fault.
