What is your return policy?
Items that are in their original condition with all FRAME tags attached may be returned online within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Once delivered, please allow 7 days for them to process your return. Returns for refund will be credited back to the original form of payment. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Domestic Returns: Visit returns.frame-store.com to initiate your return. You will receive a pre-paid return shipping label once your return has been authorized. International Returns: Please email care@frame-store.com with your Order # and the item(s) that you would like to send back. Their Customer Care team will follow up with you within 1 business day to initiate a return request for a refund on your behalf. At this time, they only accommodate refunds on international returns. If you would like to make an exchange, they recommend sending your item back and placing a new order separately.
