Typically, you should only have to wait a couple of days to receive your game or movie. They deliver their rentals using U.S. Postal Service first class mail, and they estimate the delivery time to be between 2 to 5 business days anywhere in the U.S. Some unexpected delays or postal holidays could occasionally extend their shipping times.

The GameFly goal is to ship you the game ranked highest in your queue and to ship it from the warehouse nearest you the same day they receive the prior game you returned to their warehouse or receive notification from the USPS that you placed a game in the mail. They use reasonable efforts to ship games within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. They currently ship six days per week (Monday through Saturday) using USPS first class mail. They do not ship on holidays observed by USPS or on any other days on which USPS doesn't provide first-class mail service. They will send you an email when they have received a returned game and another email when your new game has been shipped.

If your title has gone missing during its delivery or return, there's no need to panic. They use U.S. Postal Service (USPS) first class mail since it's the most reliable and cost-effective way to deliver rentals directly to you. The USPS estimates 2 to 5 business days to deliver anywhere in the U.S.
