Storenvy ask that all store owners ship your order within 7 days, but they encourage store owners to ship within 1-2 days. That being said please be aware of stores that are selling pre-orders or shipping from a different country as that can greatly influence how long it takes to receive your order. The order your products appear in your storefront is the same as the order they are displayed in your Admin Panel. If you go to the "Products" tab you can reorder them by clicking and dragging on the icon to the left of the Product Name.
