All sales are final. They must be contacted within 7 days of receipt of items with any issues including damages. Please email photos of damages to ginadesantisceramics@gmail.com so that they can start the claims process and get your replacements sent ASAP. They must be notified within 7 days of receipt of the item or no refunds and exchanges can be issued.
They do not have normal shopping hours. They have a studio, not a storefront and most of their time is spent making. Please email them or text them to set up an appointment. If you are picking up artwork the studio is open M/T/W/F 9am-5pm for pick ups. Its best to send them a quick text to make sure. Due to limited staffing and off site appointments sometimes their schedule can change.
