Yes, you have the opportunity to cancel your order before it has proceeded to the production stage. After it enters the production stage though, it can no longer be cancelled. Contact them as soon as possible and they will check the status of your order and whether it can be cancelled. You can do that by yourself by logging into your user profile, then going to My Orders and choosing the Cancel Order option. Expect to receive their confirmation for your cancellation by e-mail. If you do not receive such confirmation within a couple of hours, please, contact them immediately.

The whole process of making your shoes by hand and delivering them to a specified destination address takes up to 2 weeks (14 days).

Contact them as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receiving the shoes. They’ll be happy to repair your shoes or replace them with new ones handmade to the same design.
