If you’re not happy with your product and would like a refund for orders purchased through their website, please email them at hello@goodtime.org within 30 days of receiving your product and if your request meets the conditions set out below, they’ll arrange a refund. Please specify your order number (you can find it in your order confirmation email) and tell them what the problem is so they can do their best to fix it in the future.
