Grinds currently has a 15% off voucher at the top of this page, which is best for baskets where a straight percentage off the cart reduces your total more than the bundle prices or freebies. The voucher takes 15% off your cart of energy boosting pouches and other food and drink products on the website and is the simplest way to save across mixed items.
Very small orders or trying a single item. If you are buying one pouch or a single product under about $6, use the 15% off voucher at the top of this page to cut the final price across any product. The free Double Mocha applies to every purchase, so you also receive that gift in addition to the voucher on a website order while supplies last.
Buying a six pack. The buy 6 cans for $5.99 deal is the best value when you only want six. That works out to about $1.00 per can, because $5.99 divided by 6 is $0.998, so the bundle gives a lower unit price than the percentage code for typical can prices.
Buying a ten pack. The buy 10 cans for the price of $5 is the winner if you want ten cans. That is $0.50 per can, which beats the six pack rate and will beat a 15% cart discount unless the items had an unusually low original price. This offer requires a minimum purchase of 10 products.
Orders over $50. If your cart subtotal reaches $50 or more, you qualify for the Caramel and New Orleans style plus Double Mocha add on. The 15% voucher at the top of this page takes $7.50 off a $50 order, which is a straight saving on the total. Choose the $50 free item pack if the added products are items you want, or take the 15% voucher if you prefer the lower checkout total rather than the free item set.
Orders over $75. Spend $75 or more to receive a metal can plus the three pouch varieties named in the offer. The 15% voucher takes $11.25 off a $75 order. If the retail value of the metal can and pouches you would get for free is less than $11.25, the voucher probably leaves you with a lower total. If those free items are worth more to you than $11.25, choose the $75 spend reward.
Any purchase free gift and newsletter. The free Double Mocha applies to all purchases while supplies last. Signing up for the newsletter is a separate route for special offers and promotions and can be useful for future savings, but it is not the main offer here.
Compare the 15% voucher and any spend threshold by calculating the dollar saving from 15% of your cart and estimating the value of the free items. Take whichever option leaves the lower final total. No combination rule is stated for stacking the voucher with the spend rewards, so assume they do not combine unless the website terms say otherwise.
Here are some great tips & tricks for extra savings at Grinds:
Grinds accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, and PayPal.
Grinds ships Worldwide.
Sometimes they have found that maybe a neighbour or roommate could have picked up the package for you. If you can double-check it would be greatly appreciated.
They have also experienced frequent situations where USPS accidentally updating tracking as delivered before they should and the packages show up a day or two later. If the delivery is still within the 3-7 day delivery window time, it may still show up. Feel free to contact them if you haven't received your package after the delivery window has passed and will definitely take care of you.
If you just placed your order and realized that you sent it to the wrong address, don't panic. Call them at (510) 763-1088 right away between 8 am - 4 pm eastern time and they will be able to get that changed for you right away. After 4 pm, you can go ahead and leave them a voicemail and they will get to them as soon as they can. This method is always the best as they don't get to emails right away especially after a weekend.
If you find out the order has been shipped to the wrong address already, follow the same instructions and one of their humans will figure something out for you.
If you ever need to return any product that is unopened, they are happy to provide you with a return label for an equal exchange for a different flavour of your choosing. They don't offer a money-back guarantee on their product but they are always happy to work with you on a solution so feel free to reach out to them at service@getgrinds.com and one of their helpful human beings will be there to assist.
