If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within thirty (30) days of purchase if the candle is in the original condition and packaging. Please note that unless a manufacturing defect is present, they cannot accept returns of candles that have been lit.
Their returns website makes returning an item easily and hassle-free. You will be able to review items that are eligible for a return, shop their store with credit and select a new candle. If you elect to return your candle completely, you can print your prepaid label, review your refund estimate and track the package back to their warehouse.
They are committed to processing refunds quickly, so you will likely receive notice of your refund within hours of your return arriving in their warehouse.
