Huffy processes orders quickly, shipping from their distribution centres as soon as possible. If you need to cancel an order, you must contact Huffy within ONE HOUR of placing the order. Send them an email at support@huffy.com, as quickly as possible with “Order Cancellation” in the Subject Line. Cancellations made after one hour may not be accepted due to order processing.
What is your return policy?
Returns are only accepted on products purchased directly from their website. All product returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, using the original packaging material. The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling fees. Returned products must be in new, unused condition. Contact Huffy at support@huffy.com to receive a return authorization number and return shipping information.
