If a tracking number is available for your Hydrow rower, it will be included in the shipment confirmation email you receive when your Hydrow leaves their warehouse. Note that it can take up to 14 days after you place your order for your Hydrow to ship and for you to receive your shipment confirmation email.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your Hydrow rower, you can request a return within 14 days after your delivery.
