Can I cancel my order?
Before you receive the shipment notification email, please contact support@ihoodwarm. And they will try to cancel the order for you.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company.
If due to their reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
If the parcel has already shipped out, the order can not be cancelled directly. They will try to stop the delivery, or you just refuse the parcel. What is iHood's Return&Exchanges Policy?
- 7 DAYS DOA RETURN POLICY If you receive damaged, different, or nonfunctional items, you can return them for an exchange or a full refund within 5 days of receiving the package. Please send an email to support@ihoodwarm, and address the issue with the pictures/video. A picture of the entire package is also required.
All returned items need to be in original condition without any installation marks or signs of use and need to be sealed in the original packaging. The return shipping cost will be covered by iHood. Please contact them for the pre-paid shipping label.
