Orders between $400 and $999: Start with the $30 off deal for purchases over $400. This is your baseline saving for smaller orders in this range.
Orders between $1000 and $1199: The $100 off discount for orders over $1000 kicks in here, giving you $70 more than the lower tier. This is the best choice for this basket size.
