If they are unable to cancel your order, they will process your refund for the return. You must first wait for your order to be delivered. Once your order delivers, contact them at customerservice@insighteditions.com to initiate the return of your order and receive further instructions.
Once they receive your return, they will process your refund. Refunds take 7-10 business days before showing back in your account.
