Yes, changes and cancellations on JetBlue Vacations packages can only be made over the phone by calling 1-844-JB-VACAY (528-2229). Some hotel penalty periods may vary, but for any other hotel, changes must be made a minimum of seven (7) days or more prior to the scheduled departure date. If any changes involve an increase in price, payment will be required at the time of the change. Changes will not be effective until payment is received and availability is confirmed by the hotel/car supplier. A change in the number of occupants per room may change the price of the package. Name changes are not permitted.

You can check-in for your flight using your booking code on jetblue.com or on the JetBlue Vacations app starting 24 hours prior to departure. They’ll send you an email to remind you.

A JetBlue Vacations package is limited to a maximum of 7 travellers. A new package must be booked for additional travellers at the current price. All prices are subject to change until purchased.
